The Undalup association are proud to announce we were successful in a recent funding for the WA children's week event.

Children's week is a national event held annually and is dedicated to celebrating children across our state and high light their achievements. It is an opportunity for the community to engage in a variety of activities that facilitate, support and encourage children and their families to celebrate, play and discover together.

 

This event will include the Undalup community rangers having a day to celebrate being great Koolunga's (children) they are the future generation of conservationists, learning how to look after Mother Earth and all the wildlife around our region.

Sponsors  Meerilinga have been the proud convener of Children’s week in WA since 1985, and dedicated to celebrating children, promoting the increased understanding and recognition of the rights of the child.

The Undalup Association are grateful to sponsors Meerilinga young children's Foundation, Lotterywest, and the Department of Communities for the sponsorship towards our Children's weeks event.

 

The Undalup Kambarang Children’s week event will be held at the Terrace garden area, cnr of Queen St and Marine Tce, this Saturday 28th Oct, 10am till 2pm.

Come along and meet Jess and the reptile team, participate in some great activities and plant a plant to the garden area and take one home, at the event.
