The Undalup Association has membership forms available on request. The cost is $25 per year, due before the 1st July, each financial year.
When completing your membership form it is essential to let us know your interests, skills and experience which could benefit the Undalup Association, you can be an active / or non-active member.
Receipts will be posted or emailed to you upon request.
Completed Membership forms will be signed and dated by a board member when payment is complete and Membership certificates will be issued. Funds raised are attributed towards the Associations costs, including but not limited to Public Liability Insurance, advertising, and general costs of running an Association.
A membership benefit includes ticket to events, discounts to events, any newsletters, access to library items and Undalup Association support. More benefits will become available through strategic partnerships as they are formed.
As a member, a Working with Children Certificate is essential when assisting with an event where children are involved.
